Happy Heads is a social enterprise which supports children's emotional wellbeing through children's yoga, creativity and growth mindset.  We offer a range of classes and workshops for children aged 4-11 years old.

Happy Heads aims to equip children with  the tools they need to self-regulate their emotions and look after their own mental  heath.
